Downloads and Updates

Important Note: All of the following updates REQUIRE the LDS Collectors Library 2005 application. If you already have the application installed, you should NOT uninstall the program before downloading and installing any update or other software component. All of the files below are updates or enhancements, and none of them includes the original software application.

Description – This file assists in the installation process by telling the Install Shield application where to install LDS Collectors Library 2005. Early copies of the software only allow installation on the c:\ drive. This file allows you to install the software onto other hard drive locations.

Important Note: This download requires the Internet Explorer browser. If your default browser is anything else you will need to set the default to Internet Explorer (IE). If you do not wish to change your default browser you can close the library program and open IE, go to www.ldslibrary.com and click on the Support tab. Select the "Downloads and Updates" link (this page). You may then continue by selecting the link below.

2005 Collectors Library update 5.2.0

LDS Library 2006 Software Update 6.1.11 and Content update 6.1.0

Important Note: This download requires the Internet Explorer browser. If you are using any other browser close this window, open the Internet Explorer Browser and go to www.ldslibrary.com/updates. Select the "LDS Collectors Library" link and then selecting the appropriate option for your download.

Two options are available. The "Software Only option will only download the software update which will fix bugs reported in the original 2006 installation. The "Software and Content" option is a 1.3 GB download which includes all new content as well as the software fixes. You should only select this option if you have a hi speed internet connection (dsl or better).
