What is included in the product?
The product includes the standard works and thousands of books, articles, talks, and other writings. The product includes all of the LDS works that have been included in previous editions of gospel libraries and several new works as well. Content updates are made available from time to time that allow you to add additional content available at LDS.org such as Conference Talks and new curriculum materials into your library.

How many titles are included?
The product includes the standard works and thousands of books, articles, talks, and other writings. The total number of titles (broken down to the talk level) is over 3,300. The product includes all of the LDS works that have been included in previous editions of gospel libraries and several new works as well. Content updates are made available from time to time that allow you to add additional content available at LDS.org such as Conference Talks and new curriculum materials, into your library.

Does the product include the World Classics?
No. Gospel Link included a collection of World Classics. The World Classics collection is now available through the LDS Library Online subscription options.

How is it different from previous products?
The new LDS Library 2006 focuses on scriptures and doctrines as never before. New smart technologies that let you read, study and extract information more easily than with previous products. The library has an improved precision search that will get you to the best results faster than ever before. The library includes a new cross-reference system based on how prophets and scholars have used the scriptures in their talks and writings. It also includes thousands of scripture chains that have been used to illustrate specific doctrines or principles. Another feature that is new is the ability to copy and paste from the library while creating an accurate citation for the entire passage. Finally, the library includes new content that has been published by LDS authors. Content updates are made available from time to time that allow you to add additional content available at LDS.org such as Conference Talks and new curriculum materials into your library.

Is this an internet product?
No. The product works just fine without Internet access; however, the content update feature requires Internet access. To recieve updates please email Customer Service and ask for the update to be added to yoru download library.

Will the product run on my computer? (compatibility/system requirements)
The new LDS Library requires the Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating system. The product also requires 3 1/2 gigabytes of free hard drive space. Additional space is required for installing Content Updates.

Will the product run on a MAC?
The LDS Library is a Windows application. We don't have any plans to create a MAC-compatible product at this time. If you own a Mac or computer running a different operating system, we recommend subscribing to the LDS Library Online.

How large is it?
You will need to have at least three and one half gigabytes of free hard drive space to install the Library on your computer.

LDS Library 2006 is already discounted, but other discounts (such as for volume purchasing) may be available from time to time.

While some stores may carry it this product is not carried in all LDS bookstores. Check with your local bookstore to see if it is in stock .

Do you ship to locations outside the US?
No. We do not currently ship to locations outside the United States. You would have to order the product and ship it to that location yourself.
We can make the disks available for download. You should have access to a hi speed internet connection to download these files. After purchasing the software send an email to customerservice@ldslibrary.com with a request to send instructions for downloading the library disks. Include your purchase order # and account information in the email.

How much is shipping and handling?
The cost of shipping and handling depends on the method chosen. A free ground option is available for purchases placed online. Other available options include USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2-3 Day Service, and FedEx Overnight.
